You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.

When possible goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, unsoiled, shrink-wrapped with labels intact and in re-saleable condition. Big Nibbles will make a charge for damaged or missing items.

If your return is shipped after the window of time indicated above or without a packing slip, we will be unable to issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery. Please read our Conditions of Use for more on our refund policy.

You can send your item(s) back via FedEx ground. Costs to return items to Big Nibbles are the responsibility of the customer.

We will confirm to you via email when we receive your returned item, at that moment we will process your refund. This will take up to 5 business days to reflect on your credit card, and up to 14 business days to get to you by check. Please read our Conditions of Use for more on our refund policy.
